This is a delightful First Flush, whole leaf, Green Tea. So delightful in fact, that in 2015 it won ‘Best Green Tea in Australia’. It has a lovely clarity to its colour, a touch of high mountain oolong in its taste, and a uniquely refreshing and complex flavour.

Shincha
Beautiful, First Flush, premium Green Tea. This is a luxurious, intense tea with a smooth, velvety finish. Incredibly aromatic with a luminescent green leaf colour.

Sencha
Autumn harvest Green Tea. Full bodied with a lovely, natural sweetness and deep green leaf colour. This is a superb representation of Japan’s traditional steamed green tea. Rich, crisp, grassy-sweet and delectable.

Genmaicha
A delightful, refreshing, rustic mix of Sencha, Matcha (Green Tea powder) and roasted brown rice. Enticing aroma with an extremely light and energising flavour.

Houjicha
This tea is created by lightly roasting the finest Sencha leaves, giving them a highly aromatic fragrance and smooth, toasted flavour. Earthy, warm, a little nutty and rustic.

Designer Teas
Our designer teas are biodynamically grown, single-origin Green Teas. They are certified both Fair Trade and Organic. These teas are hand-picked by tea artisans who then meticulously handcraft the leaves into exquisite teas for special moments.
Organic Morning Blossom
A beautiful ball-shaped tea bundle with delicate silver tips and a slightly visible flower. The flower opens and the liquor becomes thicker and deepens into a reddish shade as time passes, imparting a heady, floral aroma.

Organic Buddhist Tea
This tea starts off with a finely rolled, tea leaf with a silver line and an overall black shade. The leaf unfurls producing a pale, yellow liquor, with a sublime caramel flavour.
This is a splendid tea for meditation or that mystical Zen moment.

Organic Golden Silver Tea
This tea is also called Golden Pekoe, and is created by handpicking the perfect tippy buds that take on silver and gold shades when they are hand-rolled, bundled and fired. The reddish-orange liquor produces a delicate, intricate tea aroma with a glorious blossom flavour.

Organic White Whole Leaf Tea
This tea is created by plucking the fresh leaf in the early morning before the sun has even shone on the tea bush. The leaf is then dried and cooled twice under varying conditions, giving it a silvery green and delicate appearance. The light yellow liquor yields a mild grassy aroma, and a superbly refreshing flavour.

Dragon Pearls
Each of these pearls has been crafted by hand-rolling tender, green leaves into tear shapes that majestically unfurl when infused. They have a delicious, deep aroma with a soft, lingering flavour.
