GreenWitch Tea wants you to be totally delighted with our service and our products. If for any reason you are not, please notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of our products, and we will either refund or exchange on our products (except for ‘sample teas’, i.e. 20 grams of tea or less that were purchased by you as a sample).

If the problem was caused by an error on our part, we will also happily refund your shipping cost.
